Role overview

As an Operations & Design Intern, you will contribute to qlub’s growth in Qatar by handling work that combines operations and design. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, build-as-you-go environment, where you will help create practical outcomes from the start. You will work with operators and partners to support the company’s restaurant clients and help deliver frictionless payment experiences that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full process of creating and refreshing digital menus for restaurant clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare design assets such as QR stands, table displays, and promotional collaterals while maintaining brand and quality expectations.
• Assist with routine operations, including administrative and back-office work, to keep the team organized and moving efficiently.

About you

You are someone who pays close attention to detail, handles several priorities at once, and takes responsibility for getting work done without repeated follow-up. You should feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly affect the business.

Required skills and qualifications

• Working knowledge of design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational ability and a careful approach to detail.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.

Preferred experience

• Background in menu administration, content management systems, design coordination, or office operations.
