Key responsibilities
- Lead the after-sales function by defining service expectations and making sure team performance stays aligned with KPI targets.
- Build smooth coordination across departments so customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
- Review and refine operating procedures on an ongoing basis to improve service quality, customer experience, and team productivity.
- Develop and apply fresh approaches to raise satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by exceeding customer expectations.
- Handle escalated complaints, managerial-level concerns, and special customer requests.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to after-sales staff so they can perform confidently and support a strong brand image.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, backed by strong academic results.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or SaaS sector; similar industry exposure is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- Comfortable using English fluently in professional settings.
- Effective leadership and people management capability, along with sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when finding solutions.
