About the Role

We are looking for a careful and detail-focused Order Quality Checker to join the team in Riyadh. In this position, you will review customer orders after sorting and before packaging, confirming that every item is correct, complete, and ready for shipment. The role is important for keeping order accuracy high, minimizing shipping mistakes, and supporting a strong customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Examine customer orders once sorting has been completed and before they move to packaging.
• Confirm that each automotive spare part matches the customer’s requested order.
• Review quantities, part numbers, and item condition to make sure every order is accurate.
• Spot and escalate missing, wrong, damaged, or mismatched items.
• Work closely with sorting and warehouse staff to fix issues quickly.
• Follow internal quality expectations and warehouse operating procedures.
• Keep clear inspection records and share repeated concerns with supervisors.
• Contribute to efforts that improve order accuracy and overall efficiency.
• Observe warehouse safety rules and good handling practices.

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or above.
• Prior exposure to warehousing, logistics, quality control, or automotive spare parts work is an advantage.
• Understanding of automotive spare parts and how to identify part numbers will be helpful.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP tools is preferred.
• Good organization and problem-solving ability.
• Capability to maintain precision while processing high order volumes.
