Painter/ Carpenter

Role Overview

This position is part of the hotel’s maintenance team and focuses on keeping painted and finished surfaces in attractive, serviceable condition. The role supports the guest experience by helping ensure rooms and public areas look well cared for and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply protective coatings as required and make sure surfaces are prepared properly before work begins.
• Blend paints to achieve the right shade and finish consistency.
• Handle guest room and residence maintenance reports related to painting and carpentry issues.
• Clean brushes, trays, and other tools thoroughly after use.
• Follow all required safety measures when working on scaffolding.
• Keep workspaces tidy and protect nearby surfaces and surroundings while painting.
• Take on other reasonable duties as assigned and remain flexible to multitask.
• Adapt to operational changes in the function, the business, or the hotel as needed.
