About the role

This position is for a meticulous Payroll Specialist who can manage payroll from start to finish. The role calls for solid hands-on experience with payroll calculation, reconciliation, and compensation and benefits administration. Key responsibilities

  • Run the monthly payroll cycle accurately and within deadlines.

  • Support adherence to Saudi Labor Law and the Wage Protection System.
  • Keep payroll files and HRIS records up to date and accurate.
  • Work with HR and Finance teams to investigate and fix payroll variances.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Handle payroll-linked government portals such as GOSI, Mudad, and Qiwa, where applicable.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, MIS, HRIS, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 3 years of payroll experience.
  • Practical understanding of payroll operations, compensation and benefits, and payroll reconciliation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
  • Experience using ERP or HRIS platforms such as SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or comparable systems.
  • Strong analytical ability, numerical accuracy, and troubleshooting skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
