About the Team

This position sits within the monetisation and Brand Solutions function. The team is responsible for generating advertising and monetisation revenue by building brand-led solutions for partner companies. Role Overview

The role is focused on managing category-level monetisation outcomes, developing business opportunities with brands, and ensuring campaigns and revenue plans are executed smoothly.   • Own and achieve monetisation targets for the assigned category.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline of brand prospects and close opportunities at a healthy conversion rate.
  • Prepare and refresh pitch decks tailored to the category and target brands.
  • Create detailed media plans aligned to each brand’s planned spend.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute monetisation plans end to end, including ad serving, reporting, and related operations.
  • Develop monthly plans against targets, track actual performance, and address any gaps between plan and results.
  • Identify issues early, raise them proactively, and work toward solutions that protect plan achievement.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with key brands to identify gaps and support future-month performance.

  • Collaborate with the wider team on shared initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Build long-term relationships with accounts and help grow their business on the Myntra platform.
