Role Overview

This position is for a Process Associate focused on invoice verification. The role calls for strong attention to detail, comfort with accounting-related tasks, and readiness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out invoice checking and related verification work with accuracy.
• Use Excel and Word regularly for day-to-day processing tasks.
• Apply basic accounting knowledge while handling invoice-related records.
• Work with Tally for accounting or verification support, where needed.
• Be prepared to operate in the night shift schedule.

Requirements

• Prior experience in invoice verification or a similar function will be considered an advantage.
• Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Computers, or MBA-Finance.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word is expected.
• Familiarity with basic accounting concepts and Tally is required.
• Willingness to work night shifts is necessary for this role.
