Role Overview
The Product Manager will work on improving supply chain and fulfillment operations through technology, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape solutions, prioritize initiatives, and deliver products that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves taking products and features from concept through launch, then refining them based on performance data and user feedback. A strong focus will be placed on identifying operational inefficiencies, building technology-driven solutions, and tracking outcomes to ensure the work supports business goals.
Responsibilities
- Spot opportunities where technology can improve supply chain and fulfillment workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, evaluate options, and sequence the most valuable work.
- Lead features end to end, from concept and development to release and ongoing optimization.
- Use data analysis to assess business performance, uncover bottlenecks, and measure results.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and work closely with engineering teams on delivery.
- Monitor core metrics and make sure product efforts generate meaningful business outcomes.
- Contribute to automation and process-improvement work across inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Operations, or a comparable function.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Comfort with working through data and applying insights to decisions.
- Prior exposure to SQL, Excel, or BI tools is preferred.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to execution.
- Background in E-commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or Marketplace businesses is an advantage.
