Program Manager, TikTok Program Management Office

About the Team

This role sits within TikTok’s Program Management Office and supports the coordination and direction of high-priority business initiatives across the company. The team is looking for a driven, resourceful program leader who can work across functions and time zones, connect stakeholders, and help shape strategic decisions. Success in this role calls for a collaborative mindset, strong communication, curiosity, humility, and the ability to build trust across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead several large, complex initiatives at once while aligning PMOs and business leaders around shared objectives, plans, and delivery milestones across global teams.
• Work with partners to define project scope and success measures so that outputs support broader business strategy.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including schedules, master timelines, work-back plans, meeting notes, and key project documentation.
• Identify possible risks, blockers, and interdependencies early and take action before they affect delivery.
• Organize competing priorities effectively and elevate issues to leadership when needed.
• Develop strong working relationships throughout the organization and act as a main contact for internal teams and selected external partners.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings solid project or program management experience in fast-moving environments, along with strong organization, detail orientation, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders toward a common outcome. Clear written and verbal communication is essential, as is the ability to guide cross-functional work from launch through completion.

Preferred Experience

Additional strengths include an MBA or similar advanced degree, experience in large global organizations or technology companies, familiarity with project management frameworks and tools such as Agile or PMP, exposure to multi-region or international project work, and experience supporting executive decisions with data-backed recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary for this role in the selected city is $132,000 to $216,000. Final compensation may differ depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, the role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits can vary based on employment type and work location, but may include day-one access to medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays each year, 10 paid sick days each year, and 17 days of paid personal time, prorated at hire and increasing with tenure. The company may change these benefits at any time with or without notice.
