VitalHub UK is looking for a Project Manager to join its Professional Services team and support the delivery of healthcare technology projects across client bases in the NHS, the Middle East, and Australia. In this position, you will oversee several concurrent initiatives, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, within scope, and within budget. The role reports to the Deputy Head of Project Management and is based remotely in the UK.

Working arrangement

This is a remote position in the UK with a Monday to Friday schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners or vendors to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
  • Manage multiple projects at once and keep delivery aligned to timelines, budget, and agreed scope, while tracking professional services revenue recognition carefully.
  • Create detailed project plans, define milestones, and organise resources effectively.
  • Serve as the main client contact, keeping stakeholders informed, managing expectations, and understanding project needs.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager with the preparation and presentation of project financial information in NetSuite and Ruddr, including monitoring planned hours against actual hours during delivery.
  • Partner with implementation, integration, business analysis, development, and support teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with all relevant stakeholders while confirming technical feasibility.
  • Ensure the right resources are available and assigned appropriately.
  • Maintain project records such as plans, resource schedules, meeting notes, and change requests.
  • Apply suitable methods to control scope, schedule, and cost changes.
  • Track project progress using the right tools, systems, and performance measures.
  • Escalate issues to management when needed.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, evaluate, and reduce project risks before they affect delivery.
  • Monitor risk logs, act on high-priority risks, and put mitigation actions in place.
  • Resolve delivery issues quickly to reduce delays and avoid budget overrun.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates, progress reports, risk reviews, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply lessons from completed work to improve future delivery methods and processes.
