We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a project in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Quantity Surveying is required.
The candidate must hold an active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, including at least 2 years within Saudi Arabia.
Hands-on knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) is essential.
The applicant should be fully familiar with technical requirements and regulations issued by supervisory and regulatory authorities.
Prior experience is needed in preliminary feasibility studies, accurate quantity take-off, and pricing items based on current market rates in the western region.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is expected.
Advanced-level skills in MS Excel are necessary.
Experience using quantity surveying and engineering measurement software is required.
The role involves reviewing Makkah Municipality plans and checking them against quantities actually executed on site.
Strong attention to detail is needed to identify drawing errors before execution and reduce financial waste.

Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates with prior experience in the western region.
