Role Overview
The Relationship Manager will support bancassurance sales efforts in Gangtok and may be assigned to handle multiple locations. The position calls for close coordination with bank partners, customer support, and consistent follow-through on sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the bancassurance channel in meeting sales targets.
- Identify promising sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with bank staff to enable smooth bancassurance operations.
- Serve as a primary contact point for bank partners and customers.
- Handle customer queries and work toward high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving concerns raised by bank employees or customers.
- Follow company guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements carefully.
- Prepare and share regular updates on sales performance and related metrics.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of insurance products and the financial services sector, and the ability to build lasting relationships with bank teams and customers. Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also expected.
