About the Opportunity
GemLife is looking for a highly organised and proactive Resort Coordinator to help with the daily administration of the Regional Resort Manager across its Tweed Heads resorts. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, supports a team well, and pays close attention to accuracy and order.

Key Duties
- Keep homeowner information and records current and accurate
- Create, send, and monitor purchase orders
- Organise digital files and keep documents well structured
- Maintain registers and resort data with a high level of accuracy
- Assist the Resort Manager with general administration to help daily operations run smoothly
- Run open hours for residents and respond to their questions
What We’re Looking For
This position will suit someone who is organised, dependable, and confident working across data and administrative systems. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, able to balance several tasks at once, and capable of setting priorities sensibly. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused manner, and the ability to work both alone and as part of a team are important. Prior experience in administration, ideally in a similar setting, will be an advantage.
