Overview
An opportunity is open for enthusiastic team members to support a busy food service environment in the Bugis area of Singapore. The role focuses on taking customer orders, helping coordinate food handover, and assisting the floor team to keep service smooth and accurate.
Key Duties
- Handle dine-in orders submitted through the QR ordering system and make sure each order is processed correctly.
- Liaise with the kitchen team and confirm that delivery riders receive the right takeaway packages.
- Promote menu items by suggesting suitable choices and encouraging add-ons when appropriate.
- Step in to serve dishes and clear tables during slower service periods to support the wider team.
Working Conditions
- The role is based in Bugis, Singapore.
- Work schedules include weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
- A valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate is required.
- Previous relevant experience is preferred.
