Role overview
We are looking for a sales professional to join immediately as a specialist in consumer electronics and mobile telecommunications. In this position, you will advise customers on the shop floor, help them find the right products and services, and contribute to a smooth and positive shopping experience.
What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers directly on the sales floor and represent the store in a professional, approachable way.
- Support shoppers in finding the right solution, whether they are looking for a television, a smartphone, or another related product.
- After successful consultations, prepare quotations and invoices and complete contract processes.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and clearly in the shelves and product areas.
- Assist with promotional activities and help increase visibility of current offers and campaigns.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in selling home appliances, consumer electronics, PCs, or telecom products such as mobile phones and service contracts.
- A warm, customer-friendly attitude combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Very good service orientation and experience in retail or sales; experience from hospitality is also welcome.
- Enjoyment in advising people and working closely with customers.
