The team is being built around high performers who are driven by results, personal development, and the chance to deliver real business outcomes.
Role Overview
This opening is for a Sales Development Representative focused entirely on outbound prospecting. The role centers on starting conversations, identifying opportunities, and connecting with decision-makers who can move forward with the business.
You will research target accounts, reach out through multiple channels, handle objections, and secure qualified meetings for the sales team. It is best suited to someone who enjoys competition, can stay resilient through rejection, and succeeds through consistent effort, strong follow-up, and a growth-oriented mindset.
This position can be a strong fit for someone aiming to build a long-term career in sales, business development, consulting, technology, or enterprise solutions.

Success Measures
In the first 90 days, success means meeting outbound activity expectations consistently, showing solid CRM discipline and process adherence, generating qualified meetings that lead to meaningful opportunities, improving conversion rates and objection handling, and becoming a reliable contributor to pipeline generation.
Over time, strong performance means becoming a dependable meeting generator who consistently creates new opportunities and supports revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong speaking and writing skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
