Role overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will sit within the Commercial Team and own the top of the sales funnel. You will be one of the first people prospects hear from, using phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to start conversations, build interest, and create qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.

The role is built around an established outbound motion, including sequences, call structures, targeting, and supporting tools, along with onboarding to help you ramp quickly. At the same time, the process is still evolving, so feedback from your day-to-day execution will help improve the approach over time. Ravio is looking for someone who can work consistently, follow the system well, and contribute ideas to strengthen it rather than simply repeat a script.

This is a fast-paced, activity-heavy position with expectations of around 50 to 80 calls and 30 to 50 new contacts added to sequences each day. You will work toward clear goals, receive hands-on coaching, and have a strong path toward progression into a senior SDR or Account Executive role as the team and business scale.

What you'll do

  • Research prospects in the tech sector, identify the right companies to approach, and focus especially on mid-market accounts.
  • Carry out high-volume outbound activity across calls, emails, and social channels to generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Partner with Account Executives to build target account lists and execute agreed outreach plans.
  • Run sequences and call frameworks consistently, while sharing feedback on what is working so the process can improve.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and stay on top of activity and conversion metrics.
  • Act as the first impression of Ravio by giving prospects a professional, consultative, and personable experience.

Compensation and benefits

  • Level P1/P2.
  • Base pay of £30,000 to £50,000, with on-target earnings of £43,000 to £71,000 and uncapped variable upside.
