Role Overview

Sonagarh Fort Resort is looking for a Sales Manager to handle sales activities from lead generation through deal closure. The role is based in Jaipur and focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales functions to meet assigned targets, including sourcing leads, meeting prospects, and converting opportunities into closed business.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships by using clear communication and effective negotiation.
• Spot new business avenues by networking within the industry and making use of existing professional contacts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing efforts that contribute to sales performance.
• Review sales numbers, identify patterns, monitor performance indicators, and refine selling strategies accordingly.

Compensation

The role offers a salary of INR 50,000 to 70,000 per month.
