Role overview
This opportunity is for a Senior Creative Designer in Ireland, offered through a partner company that oversees the application process and all subsequent hiring steps. You will join a product and creative team where design contributes directly to user experience, brand identity, and the effectiveness of marketing across digital products.
The role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution. You will shape and refine visual assets, design systems, and brand standards that keep the experience consistent across channels. Working with product, marketing, and creative stakeholders, you will help build engaging visuals that strengthen communication and drive impact in a fast-moving, innovation-led environment.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys scalable design systems, strong visual storytelling, and creating digital experiences that are both polished and purposeful.
Responsibilities
- Own the direction, upkeep, and ongoing development of design work spanning product and marketing initiatives.
- Support the planning and delivery of promotional campaigns and broader creative marketing efforts.
- Develop fresh design ideas for product and marketing use cases with a strong focus on storytelling.
- Create, maintain, and expand design systems that improve consistency and efficiency across digital products.
- Prepare and refine brand guidelines, visual identity assets, and creative standards.
- Produce polished digital materials for social platforms, campaigns, presentations, and other communication needs.
- Maintain high visual quality and consistent application of templates and design systems across all outputs.
- Design vector icons and UI components for use in both product and marketing contexts.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to align design output with business objectives.
- Assess the effectiveness of design work and help improve creative processes and team workflows.
Requirements
- Advanced ability with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, along with Figma.
- Strong command of typography, including font combinations, visual hierarchy, and readability.
- Good understanding of layout composition, spacing, and colour principles.
- Hands-on experience producing digital assets for social media, presentations, infographics, and campaign materials.
- Comfort managing several projects at once in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking skills.
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and modern workflows.
- Capacity to take full ownership of design outcomes and contribute proactively.
- Background in product design or marketing design is an added advantage.
- Experience in iGaming or another fast-paced digital product setting is beneficial.
