About the role
The Digital Services Unit exists to help teams deliver better customer service, stronger community outcomes, and improved organisational performance through digital solutions. The focus is not only on technology, but also on building a culture that values initiative, problem solving, and adaptability.

What you will do
- Design and deliver SharePoint solutions that address business requirements.
- Create and improve applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Develop and connect Copilot and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows.
- Spot opportunities to introduce automation and AI into business processes.
- Build and maintain public-facing websites and digital experiences.
- Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to users.
- Make sure solutions remain secure, compliant, and ready for future needs.

Skills and experience required
- Hands-on background in SharePoint development and administration.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Exposure to AI and Copilot integration, along with process automation opportunities.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering quality outcomes.
Additional information
Salary: Approximately $110,000, depending on skills and experience.
