Role overview

As the Shop Manager, you will shape the atmosphere of the shop and make it a place customers enjoy visiting. You will lead your team toward shop targets while also providing hands-on operational direction, support, and guidance. A key part of the role is making sure every customer receives a memorable experience that is adapted to their individual needs.

The business is focused on evolving retail alongside its growing online presence, so this role calls for someone who is comfortable with technology, new betting products, and changing ways of working. You will also help promote online products and services in the shop while delivering an excellent customer journey.

• Build knowledge of the local market by speaking with the community and understanding competitors and customer preferences.

• Ensure the shop follows social responsibility commitments and operational processes, including cash handling procedures.
• Set the standard by maintaining strong shop presentation and leading by example.
