About the role

Operations at Revolut is focused on solving difficult problems at scale. The team works quickly and carefully to create systems that improve efficiency and support international growth. As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will help define how the business expands and runs across different markets.

You will contribute to major initiatives across the organisation, using data and insight to remove bottlenecks, improve processes, and drive better customer outcomes. This role offers the chance to gain substantial experience within a fast-moving fintech environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and improving scalable workflows that support Revolut’s continued high growth.
• Taking ownership of key infrastructure initiatives and seeing them through to delivery.
• Evaluating and prioritising projects, then setting clear timelines to achieve goals efficiently.
• Identifying opportunities for new features that make the customer journey smoother.
• Handling important vendor partnerships and building systems to monitor performance.
• Creating strategic supply chain alliances and negotiating commercial agreements.

What you’ll need

• A minimum 2:1 degree from a highly regarded university.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-moving work environment.
• Hands-on experience using SQL, Python, or R for coding or analysis.
• A strong history of taking responsibility and leading complex projects from start to finish.
• The ability to simplify complicated problems into smaller, manageable parts.
• Comfort and interest in working with data.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to make an impact.
• Interest in the financial services industry.

Compensation

Compensation varies by location. The published ranges are:

• Krakow: PLN 14,200 to PLN 35,800 gross per month.
• Vilnius: €3,300 to €8,000 gross per month.
• Poland: PLN 14,200 to PLN 35,800 gross per month.
• Lithuania: €3,300 to €8,000 gross per month.
• For other locations, compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

The final offer will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and prior experience.
