Key duties

• Consistently deliver a great customer experience through active engagement with shoppers.
• Lead the team to interact positively with customers, promote add-on sales, and highlight offers and promotions.
• Organise team schedules, manage stock levels, handle cash, and oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and hygienic environment for both staff and customers.
• Support team members through training, recognition, and performance management.
• Help plan and carry out store marketing initiatives that support sales growth.
• Make sure company procedures are followed at all times, with particular attention to HACCP and food safety standards.

Candidate profile

The company is looking for a customer-oriented supervisor who enjoys team leadership and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous supervisory or relevant experience is preferred. Local residence is ideally required, and full shift flexibility is essential.
