Role overview
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the full flow of supply chain activities from procurement through delivery. This role is responsible for keeping operations efficient, economical, and dependable across inventory, logistics, warehousing, demand forecasting, and distribution.
What you will do
- Direct day-to-day supply chain operations across purchasing, stock control, transportation, storage, forecasting, and distribution.
- Create and roll out supply chain plans that keep inventory at the right levels, strengthen supplier performance, lower operating expenses, and improve customer experience.
- Track key performance indicators, review operational data, and spot opportunities to raise productivity and process efficiency.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, manufacturing teams, logistics partners, and internal departments to keep workflows aligned with business goals.
- Oversee supply chain risks, maintain compliance with applicable regulations, and lead improvement efforts that build resilience and support long-term growth.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a similar discipline is required. The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and excellent attention to detail. You should have advanced knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, supplier management, and supply chain improvement methods. Experience with ERP platforms, supply chain software, data analysis tools, and reporting systems is important. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills are needed, along with the ability to manage budgets, vendors, priorities, and complex operations. Familiarity with Lean practices, risk management, continuous improvement, global supply chain operations, and compliance standards will be an added advantage.
