Key Contributions

  • Lead recruitment for senior technical positions such as Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors.
  • Create and run sourcing plans that reach passive candidates from top companies in technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software.
  • Act as a reliable advisor to hiring managers by sharing market intelligence, status updates on pipelines, and recommendations on hiring decisions.

Required Background

  • At least 6 years of recruiting experience in agency and/or internal recruiting roles, with a focus on technical hiring in enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services.
  • Hands-on success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects.
  • Solid grasp of enterprise technology, cloud ecosystems, AI/LLM environments, data platforms, and solution architecture.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced search methods, relationship building, and competitive market research.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and multiple competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace is preferred.
