Role Overview
This position focuses on building and delivering cybersecurity learning initiatives that strengthen awareness, improve employee readiness, and support organizational security goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver cybersecurity training sessions for different audiences.
- Prepare, refresh, and maintain educational material related to cyber security awareness.
- Evaluate learning requirements and gauge the current awareness maturity of the organization.
- Design role-based training modules for various teams and departments.
- Revise training content and delivery methods using feedback, new threat trends, and changing business needs.
- Create realistic simulation exercises and hands-on practice activities.
- Research emerging cybersecurity risks, tools, and technologies.
- Track training outcomes and prepare reports on development and awareness metrics.
Requirements
Candidates should have a background in cybersecurity or a closely related discipline, along with substantial professional exposure to the field. The role requires the ability to work in Arabic and English, and to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related subject.
- Master’s degree in Cybersecurity is preferred.
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Required Certifications
- CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
- CompTIA Security+
Core Skills
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into simple language for non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA, CHFI, CompTIA PenTest+, CPENT, GPEN, OSCP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or GSEC certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of current cybersecurity threats and defensive approaches.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Experience improving or assessing security awareness programs.
