Work Schedule: Full-time hours with varying shifts. The site may operate Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday availability is required. Occasional evening shifts may be needed, and Sunday hours are possible. The preferred candidate should be flexible and open to working different shifts any day from Monday through Saturday between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Schedules are shared two weeks ahead of time.

Responsibilities

  • Apply center policies, procedures, and operating standards consistently.
  • Welcome test takers and confirm their identity before admission.
  • Carry out security checks, including wand screening when required.
  • Closely observe candidates throughout the exam session.
  • Respond quickly to candidate concerns and help resolve issues when possible.
  • Keep test materials and the exam environment secure at all times.
  • Protect the fairness, comfort, and integrity of the testing experience.
  • Escalate incidents that fall outside established company rules.
  • Represent the company’s mission, values, and standards professionally.
  • Help prevent misconduct in the test center.
  • When applicable, capture and store candidate fingerprint scans digitally.

Qualifications
