About the Company
Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands, designed to help operators manage their entire business with minimal manual effort. The product grew out of a short-term rental business that expanded to an eight-figure portfolio using its own software, and it is now being introduced as an independent platform for the next generation of consumer brands.
The company is growing internationally and is looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to craft polished, easy-to-use, and conversion-driven experiences across the product and marketing journey.
Role Summary
In this position, you will simplify complex workflows into clear and engaging user experiences across the product, website, and customer-facing touchpoints. You will collaborate with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to shape features that address real business challenges for B2C brands while maintaining a strong visual standard.
Core Work
- Design key product areas such as dashboards, workflows, and integrations for Base360.ai.
- Create marketing materials including landing pages, product pages, and demo experiences.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of a scalable design system that improves consistency and efficiency.
- Collect and use user insights to refine and improve designs quickly.
- Help define the visual identity of the brand as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert product goals and requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs in Figma.
- Develop landing pages optimized for conversions for launches and campaigns.
- Keep the visual style aligned across all product areas and customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with developers so the final implementation matches the intended design.
- Run user research, usability sessions, and A/B tests to improve experience and outcomes.
- Maintain and grow the design system and reusable component set.
