Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Doha is suited to a videographer who can manage the full process of capturing strong video content for a range of projects. The person in this role will plan shoots, operate camera systems, control lighting, frame scenes, and help maintain excellent audio-visual quality during production. The role also includes working closely with producers and editors, contributing ideas for storyboards, organizing footage and gear, and supporting post-production with correctly labeled files and occasional rough edits.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to translate creative ideas into high-quality video output while keeping production workflows organized and efficient.

• Plan and prepare shoots for different video projects.
• Operate professional cameras and related accessories with confidence.
• Capture stable, well-composed footage with accurate framing and focus.
• Set up and fine-tune lighting to match the intended look and exposure.
• Monitor visual and sound quality during filming.
• Coordinate closely with producers and editors throughout the production process.
• Share creative input for storyboards and shot planning.
• Keep footage, files, and equipment neatly organized.
• Support post-production by delivering properly labeled media and assisting with basic edits or rough cuts when needed.

Requirements

• Solid video production skills, including shoot planning, footage management, and team collaboration.
• Strong camera operation and handling abilities using professional video equipment.
• Capability to shoot smooth, sharp, and well-framed video.
• Working knowledge of lighting setup and adjustment.
• Experience with basic video editing tools and standard workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management.
• Ability to stay productive under tight deadlines.
• Readiness to work on-site in Doha.
