Role Overview

Join a globally recognized logistics organization and contribute to afternoon warehouse operations in Singapore. This role is central to coordinating a range of in-building activities, with coverage across dispatch, delivery change requests, COD handling, and same-building internal deliveries. It is a permanent, fully on-site position.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the afternoon cycle for sorting and loading, ensuring the process runs smoothly.
  • Check damaged items, repack them when needed, and complete follow-up actions for building-related damage cases; some on-site inspections may be required.
  • Manage pick-ups and deliveries for internal customers within the same building.
  • Support night dispatch activities, including delivery change requests, self-lodge processing, and sorting undeliverable parcels.
  • Help ensure afternoon and evening export shuttles depart on time and that no shipment volume is left behind.
  • Follow up with customers on undelivered parcels so they can be re-attempted for delivery.
  • Carry out warehouse scanning tasks whenever required.
  • Act as backup support for the PM Assistance Supervisor during absences.
  • Take on ad hoc duties such as self-lodge and self-collect tasks, and provide onsite coverage when needed.
