Role Purpose

This role supports warehouse and logistics activities through data-driven analysis, process enhancement, and system-based tasks. The goal is to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across work processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review warehouse and logistics processes to spot performance issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, validate, and report operational data such as inventory accuracy, lead time, and order fulfillment.
• Create and update process documents, including SOPs, workflows, and work instructions.
• Help compare system inventory records with physical stock and support reconciliation activities.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting in WMS and ERP systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects using structured methods.
• Perform time studies and evaluate operational performance.
• Support warehouse layout optimization and storage space utilization analysis.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Follow health, safety, and operational procedures at all times.

Education

The preferred background is Industrial Engineering. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, or a diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics, may also be considered.

Technical and Other Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Exposure to data analysis or visualization tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
• Knowledge of process improvement approaches, especially Lean, is a plus.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
