About the internship

This internship offers practical exposure to core finance and accounting functions within Bharath Group. You will work alongside experienced professionals, handling financial data, research tasks, and analysis that contribute to business decisions and strategic planning.

What you will do

• Support financial analysis work that feeds into strategy and business planning.
• Study market movements, competitor activity, and sector updates to help guide investment-related decisions.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Help the accounting team with routine activities such as reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Use analytical methods and tools to review investment options and evaluate risk.
• Work with teams across the organization to collect and interpret data for performance assessment.
• Contribute to the creation of financial models and projections for long-term planning.

Who this is suitable for

Applicants should be detail-oriented, analytical, and genuinely interested in finance and accounting. The internship is intended for candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office schedule and complete the full six-month term.

Eligibility

• Available for a full-time, on-site internship.
• Able to begin between 20 June 2026 and 25 July 2026.
• Available for a 6-month duration.
• Have relevant skills and interests in finance/accounting.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 11,000 to 14,000.

Additional information

• Stipend structure includes fixed pay of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month.
• Incentive pay is ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 per month.
