About the internship

What you will do
- Reach out to potential customers by phone and present the company’s services.
- Track down and follow up with leads to arrange meetings or share further details.
- Keep call logs and interaction details updated accurately in MS Excel.
- Handle customer questions and complaints in a calm and professional way.
- Work with the sales team to support target achievement and overall goals.
- Carry out basic market research to discover fresh business opportunities.
- Share periodic call reports and performance updates with management.
What the company is looking for
Applicants should be comfortable speaking English and Tamil, have good written communication ability, and be able to use MS Excel for record-keeping and reporting. This role suits someone interested in gaining hands-on exposure in the finance and asset management space.
