What you’ll do

• Prepare beverages, whole-bean coffee, and food items to the required recipe and presentation standards.
• Help with day-to-day store operations such as opening and closing, handling cash, and following safety and security procedures.
• Support teammates during busy periods so the store continues to run smoothly.
• Get to know your store and customers so you can anticipate needs and respond effectively.
• Deliver friendly, high-quality service by building genuine connections and keeping a customer-first mindset.
• Keep your work area clean, tidy, and well-organized for both customers and colleagues.

What to expect

No prior barista experience is required. What matters most is a strong passion for customer happiness and the ability to create enjoyable, personal interactions. The work is varied, fast-paced, and centered on making drinks and delivering great service that helps brighten someone’s day.

Working pattern

Store hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Selection process
