Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the long-term strategy for benefits, retirement, and wellbeing programmes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing benefits and retirement plans in a multinational or global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience handling confidential information with care and discretion.
  • Previous experience working with outsourced vendors.
  • Negotiation experience and the ability to build constructive relationships with works councils and unions.
  • Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, and integration work.
  • Project management experience, including familiarity with SharePoint and Teams.
  • Knowledge of EMEA benefits laws and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
  • Comfort with statistics and market-trend analysis is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel ability is preferred.
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve challenges proactively.
