About the role
In this position, you will support the preparation of bids and tenders, help structure pricing and quotations, and contribute to the smooth handling of the sales process. The role also includes coordination with internal stakeholders, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with general office administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing offers and quotations
- Manage tender and bidding processes
- Develop bid and pricing structures
- Work closely with the sales team and engineers
- Review bids for quality and completeness
- Maintain the CRM system
- Support day-to-day office management tasks
Profile
We are looking for someone with a commercial or technical background who can work independently and bring strong organizational and communication skills. Prior exposure to tender law is a plus, as is experience in project-based cost calculation. Confidence with MS Office and very good German and English skills are essential. The ideal candidate stays composed under pressure, works carefully, and takes responsibility reliably within a team-oriented environment.
