Role overview
Due to ambitious growth plans, Fresha is hiring a Business Development Executive to join its global team. The role reports to the Head of Sales for Europe and works closely with the Commercial team and prospective partners. The main focus is new business acquisition.
This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, can operate independently, welcomes a challenge, and wants to contribute meaningfully. The position is based in a dog-friendly office five days a week.
Office location: The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Reach out to key decision-makers through phone, email, and social channels to win new business, with occasional in-person meetings when needed.
- Pitch, demonstrate, and sell products and services to both prospective and current partners.
- Manage the full sales journey from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Carry out cost-benefit and needs assessments to match solutions with partner goals.
- Work in coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth partner experience.
- Share observations on market movements and industry developments.
- Contact all qualified inbound leads promptly and record call outcomes in the CRM.
- Act as the main commercial contact for partners.
- Take on additional duties as required, as the list of tasks is not exhaustive.
What Fresha is looking for
Fresha is seeking someone with about 1 year of strong B2B sales experience and a proven record of performance. Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is especially valuable.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, strong at building relationships, well organised, able to juggle priorities, and good at managing time. Curiosity and a commitment to ongoing learning and development are also important.
Additional advantages include fluency in English plus another language, and prior exposure to the beauty and wellness industry.

Interview process
- Screening call with a Talent Team member via video (30 minutes).
- Skills and experience interview with Team Leads, either video or in person (30 minutes).
- Presentation stage with Team Leads and the General Manager for the UK & Ireland, held in person (75 minutes).
The company aims to complete the full interview process and share feedback within 2 weeks. Applications are reviewed manually, and while responses are generally targeted within 7 days, high application volume may extend the timeline.

Compensation
The role offers a base salary of £30k, plus a variable component of £10k. There is also accelerated commission available for performance above target.
