Role Summary
This full-time onsite position in Indore is for a Client Partnership Executive with a compensation range of ₹4–7 LPA. The role centers on deepening relationships with current clients, creating new business opportunities, and contributing directly to growth through high-ownership work with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Actively prospect, network, and reach out to win new business.
- Grow strategic accounts by understanding client hiring needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Work with internal teams to support smooth delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
- Interact with CXOs, founders, and other senior leaders to build strategic partnerships.
- Consistently achieve and outperform revenue goals through consultative selling and account growth.
What the Company Is Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in client partnerships, key account management, or B2B sales.
- Prior exposure to tech, staffing, recruitment, or SaaS settings is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Commercial thinking with a strong bias toward action and closing deals.
- Confidence in engaging with senior business leaders and decision-makers.
Preferred Background
Experience in IT staffing, developer marketplaces, or recruitment platforms will be an added advantage. A relevant professional network in the technology hiring space is also desirable.
