About SweepLift

SweepLift, Inc. specializes in smart incentivized lead generation for B2B organizations. The company helps clients convert ad spend into qualified sales meetings using multi-channel campaigns that combine LinkedIn and Meta advertising, email outreach, and survey-based landing pages. Its proprietary platform supports surveys, scheduling, rewards, and analytics, while also screening for fit and reducing incentive fraud so the output is real pipeline rather than surface-level metrics.

The company works across a wide mix of industries, including cybersecurity, fintech, finance automation, DevOps, developer tools, advanced manufacturing, and more. Because every account is built around the client’s business, buyer, and sales cycle, the role calls for someone who can quickly learn unfamiliar markets and use AI to improve speed and scale. This is a small, fast-moving team environment where the client success function is highly visible.

Role overview

The Client Success Manager will own a portfolio of accounts and act as the main relationship owner and demand-generation strategist for those clients. The role blends strategy, execution, and client management: you will shape campaign direction within the scope sold, run recurring client check-ins, interpret performance data into clear next steps, brief the operations team, and ensure launches and optimizations stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Retention and growth are central to the role. You will look after renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and encourage active usage of the SweepLift platform. You will work closely with Sales during onboarding and partner with campaign operations to keep delivery moving. The CEO remains closely involved on the most strategic and highest-risk accounts.

Core responsibilities

For each client, you will refine the ICP, audience, channel mix, messaging approach, and optimization plan, then turn that strategy into execution by coordinating internal teams and reviewing outcomes with the client. The work requires balancing relationship management with operational detail and strategic thinking.

Onboarding and client management

You will help onboard new clients using a structured checklist that covers kickoff, onboarding surveys, account access, CRM and tracker setup, channel configuration, and the first campaign launch. You will also define success benchmarks early so everyone shares the same view of what success looks like.

As the primary point of contact, you will run recurring meetings and performance reviews, set realistic expectations around timelines and meeting volume, and maintain proactive communication so clients are never caught off guard.

Strategy, optimization, and execution

You will review campaign data from LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and email, then convert that data into clear recommendations for clients and actionable instructions for internal teams. You will lead regular optimization reviews and push improvements in targeting, creative, landing pages, and messaging when performance slips.

You will also handle recurring operational issues that affect the client experience, including lead routing and visibility, reward or gift-card fulfillment, survey changes, and CRM synchronization.

Briefing and operations coordination

Another key part of the job is translating strategy into detailed, usable briefs for the campaign operations team. You will own timelines, follow through on quality checks, and help keep the Client Build board accurate as the single source of truth across accounts.

What success looks like

In the first 30 days, you will learn the platform, playbooks, and Client Build workflow, shadow live client meetings, and begin taking over onboarding responsibilities. By 60 days, you should be fully ramped, independently managing strategy and cadence for your book of accounts, producing briefs that require little or no rework, acting on optimization opportunities early, and flagging renewal risk or expansion potential before being asked.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or account strategy in a B2B setting, with direct responsibility for client outcomes.
  • Hands-on marketing strategy experience, including the ability to build demand-generation plans involving ICP definition, channel mix, messaging, and paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and/or email.
  • Experience working across more than one type of business and the ability to read campaign performance data, form a point of view, and defend recommendations.
  • Strong retention and growth mindset, with the ability to keep clients engaged and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
  • Comfort with creating new processes, choosing the right tools, and using AI to automate and scale work.
  • Ability to ramp quickly in a new industry and understand unfamiliar buyers.
  • Proven independence in managing client relationships, including difficult conversations about underperformance.
  • Strong project coordination skills for managing multiple launches, deadlines, and workstreams without losing track of details.
  • Clear, concise written communication, especially for client-facing briefs.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with incentivized or survey-driven demand generation.
  • Exposure to one or more of the company’s core verticals, such as B2B SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, manufacturing, or professional services.
  • Practical familiarity with the tools used in the role.
  • A demonstrated record of saving or retaining at-risk accounts.

Tools used in the role

The day-to-day stack includes monday.com, Claude, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Campaign Manager, Google Ads Manager, Slack, and Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.

Compensation

The position offers a base salary of $65,000 to $75,000, plus a performance bonus tied mainly to client retention, renewals, and qualified upsells sourced. Target earnings are $75,000 to $85,000.

Location and working arrangement

This is a remote, full-time position. Candidates may be based in a wide range of locations, including outside the United States, provided they have fluent English and reliable overlap with U.S. business hours in the PT/ET windows.

Equal opportunity

SweepLift is an equal opportunity employer. Hiring decisions are based on the ability to perform the job and fit within a small team that values ownership and accountability.
