About the Role

As Maintenance Coordinator, you will help ensure that hotel buildings, equipment, and guest-facing areas remain safe, efficient, and aligned with brand standards by organizing both preventive and corrective maintenance work.

What You’ll Do

• Organize daily maintenance tickets and assign tasks to technicians.
• Keep preventive maintenance timelines on track and follow up to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and asset information in the maintenance system.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair and service activities.
• Handle maintenance stock control and raise purchase requests when needed.
• Work closely with operational teams so maintenance issues are addressed quickly.
• Help uphold compliance with health, safety, fire, and other regulatory standards.
• Support facility upgrade initiatives, improvement work, and renovation projects.

What We’re Looking For

• A diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a similar discipline.
• About 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities operations, or hotel engineering.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building upkeep.
• Comfort using MS Office and CMMS tools.
• Strong planning, communication, organization, and troubleshooting abilities.

The role is based in Poste de Flacq, Flacq, Mauritius. This is a full-time, on-site position.
