Role overview

This position is responsible for coordinating all coiled tubing operations within oilfield services. The role supports safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while helping maintain equipment readiness and operational standards.

Core responsibilities

• Organize and oversee service or technical teams through task allocation, job/project coordination, administrative follow-up, and technical support.
• Make sure coiled tubing equipment remains ready for use so customers receive dependable service and equipment life is maximized.
• Carry out QA/QC checks and HSE inspections and audits on equipment and at job sites.
• Review non-conformance reports, maintenance records, and similar documentation, then propose or implement corrective actions.
• Check all relevant job records and recommend procedure updates or new methods to strengthen and safeguard quality standards.
• Visit customer sites and offices and take part in scheduled meetings.
• Track job progress on a daily basis and make sure issues, non-conformances, and root causes are addressed and closed out.
• Provide technical direction and on-site guidance to field personnel when needed.
• Follow all applicable UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client asset integrity management codes and practices.
• Support special assignments and other tasks as directed.

Qualifications and experience

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in an oilfield operations setting is needed.
• Strong computer software skills are expected.
• Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• The role requires the ability to apply advanced technical judgment, problem identification, and solution development skills.
• Strong spoken and written English communication is required.
