  • Collect and report market intelligence, including competitive activity and scheme-related developments.
  • Allocate work schedules to merchandisers and promoters.
  • Monitor team performance and provide support or solutions when challenges arise.
  • Strengthen team capability through appropriate training and communication.
  • Ensure trade promotion messages are clearly communicated to the team.
  • Conduct monthly activation meetings for merchandisers and champions.
