Role Overview
This position is for a Customer Service Associate focused on voice-based support. The work centers on helping customers before, during, and after they use a product or service, with the goal of resolving concerns, answering questions, and supporting a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine customer issues by following established procedures, prior examples, and general guidelines.
- Coordinate mainly with your immediate team and direct supervisor for day-to-day work.
- Work from detailed to moderate instructions for regular tasks and from more detailed guidance when assigned something new.
- Contribute as an individual team member within a clearly defined scope of work.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts, if required.
