Overview

We are looking for a careful and reliable Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support a growing team. The role combines customer assistance, order handling, data entry, and general administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately receive and enter customer orders into the company’s transportation management system (TMS).
Work within established workflows and procedures to ensure information is recorded correctly.
Check completed transactions and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather missing details and clear up discrepancies.
Record accounts payable details and help with basic accounting and administrative work.
Keep records up to date and assist with everyday operational tasks.
Deliver strong customer service to both internal teams and external customers in a busy work setting.

Qualifications

Prior experience in data entry, customer service, administration, operations, or accounting support is preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required.
Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are important.
Ability to follow defined processes and handle large volumes of information carefully.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and balancing multiple priorities.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
A dependable, professional attitude and the ability to stay composed under pressure are essential.
