This opportunity is posted for a partner organization that handles the hiring process and all follow-up steps directly. The hiring company is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Manager in the United States.
In this role, you will guide new clients through onboarding and implementation for a sophisticated health benefits platform with significant impact. You will coordinate work across sales, customer success, technical, and integration functions so client launches happen smoothly and on schedule.
The job calls for strong project management, comfort working across several stakeholders and dependencies, and the ability to keep complex launches moving in a fast-paced setting. You will also handle launch readiness, resolve operational issues, and make sure all requirements are completed for successful, timely deployments.
A large part of the position involves direct client interaction during implementation, helping establish confidence and alignment among all involved parties. You will also help refine tools, systems, and workflows so the implementation function can scale more effectively over time.

Key responsibilities
- Own the full client implementation lifecycle, from onboarding through launch, to ensure a smooth transition and successful go-live.
- Coordinate internal handoffs between Sales, Customer Success, and implementation teams so client onboarding stays seamless.
- Oversee technical launch activities, including systems readiness, integrations, and configuration checks before deployment.
- Act as the main contact for implementation-related updates, issues, and escalation management.
- Run customer-facing launch meetings and align timelines so delivery stays on track.
- Monitor launch preparedness, manage dependencies, and keep internal teams accountable for deadlines.
- Work with integration, data, and product partners to fix technical problems and improve operational flow.
- Spot opportunities to strengthen implementation processes, documentation, and tools for better scalability.
- Help create standard operating procedures and repeatable workflows for future launches.
- Support customized solution design for more complex client requirements and evolving product needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or operations within fast-moving, growth-oriented environments.
- Background in employer-sponsored health benefits, healthcare, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated project management capability with the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust with clients and internal partners.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving execution against deadlines.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability for complex implementation challenges.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or Asana is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment while staying highly organized.
- Strong interest in improving healthcare access and client outcomes is highly valued.
