About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Cybersecurity Manager to lead security operations and strengthen protection across a complex environment in Saudi Arabia. The right person will combine deep technical knowledge with practical operational experience and people leadership, and will have demonstrated success in building and running cybersecurity programs.

This position calls for someone who can think strategically while also working hands-on with technical teams, guiding security initiatives, and partnering with executives, customers, and stakeholders to maintain a strong security posture and meet both local and international compliance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day and end-to-end cybersecurity activities, including SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
Create, roll out, and improve security policies, standards, frameworks, and operating procedures.
Lead risk reviews, penetration tests, and security assessments, and make sure remediation happens on time.
Handle security incidents from investigation through root-cause analysis and final incident reporting.
Support adherence to relevant regulations and standards such as NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, SAMA, and PCI-DSS.
Work with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure security plans support business goals.
Coach, guide, and grow cybersecurity engineers and analysts.
Assess, deploy, and oversee security platforms and solutions such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, and IAM.
Deliver concise executive reports, dashboards, and risk summaries for leadership review.
Keep current with new attack techniques, security vulnerabilities, and industry developments.

Experience and Skill Requirements

5 to 12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
Strong practical knowledge of security operations, incident response, digital forensics, network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
Hands-on exposure to security architecture and the design of effective security controls.
Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance practices.
Experience in enterprise or government environments will be an added advantage.
Ability to explain complex technical matters clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Certifications

CISSP is required or strongly preferred. Additional relevant certifications include CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, GPEN, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, cloud security credentials for AWS, Azure, or GCP, and any NCA-related or other local regulatory certifications.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree is considered an advantage.
