Data Analyst

About the Role

This position is for a detail-focused Data Analyst who enjoys converting raw information into practical insights that support smarter business decisions. You will partner with teams across the organization to understand problems, spot opportunities, and recommend actions backed by data.

The ideal candidate is naturally inquisitive, comfortable asking the right questions, and able to explain complex findings in a simple, clear manner. In addition to working with datasets, you will help shape the narrative behind the numbers and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple sources, then clean, verify, and analyze it for accuracy and usefulness.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that align with business objectives.
• Look for patterns, trends, and growth opportunities in large datasets.
• Turn analytical results into practical recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and reporting expectations.
• Track key performance indicators and share periodic performance insights.
• Support data quality efforts by spotting inconsistencies and suggesting improvements.
• Help build and refine data models and analytical structures.
• Share findings with both technical and non-technical audiences in a confident and engaging way.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone with a strong analytical background, solid technical capability, and the ability to connect data findings to business outcomes.

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or another related discipline.
• Prior experience in a Data Analyst role or a similar analytics position.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation methods.
• Python or R knowledge is considered an added advantage.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle several projects at once and deliver within deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
