Key responsibilities

• Examine AMI and connected-system metering data to uncover usage patterns, trends, irregularities, and operational findings.
• Build analytical reports, dashboards, and summary views that help management make informed decisions and plan operations.
• Carry out routine data checks, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation to keep AMI network data accurate and dependable.
• Work closely with metering, IT, engineering, and operations teams to preserve data consistency and integrity across linked systems.
• Look into data issues, communication breakdowns, and performance problems, then suggest both corrective and preventive measures.
• Contribute to monitoring, forecasting, and ongoing improvement efforts aimed at strengthening metering operations and data reliability.
• Analyze operational records such as work orders, meter commissioning, rectification activities, preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, along with work-completion documents, using structured data analysis.
• Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of metering data in line with governance and information security requirements.
• Take on additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in support of team and organizational goals.
