Overview

This remote, full-time data entry position supports open enrollment work within a health plan and healthcare services environment. The role focuses on keeping member coverage details complete, current, and accurate from an enrollment perspective.

The work is scheduled for Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. It is classified as non-exempt and hourly, at Grade H, and reports to the Team Lead - Operations. The anticipated start date is 7/17/2026.

What You Will Do

Audit member records to confirm details such as eligibility dates, plan information, primary care provider data, and related enrollment fields.
Match enrollment records against source files, including 834 files, and correct discrepancies when needed.
Process enrollments for new members and handle reinstatements for returning members.
Review and reconcile third-party liability records connected to enrollment.
Follow internal operating procedures, including HIPAA requirements, while meeting quality, turnaround, and productivity expectations.
Work with internal teams to resolve enrollment questions, research issues, and ensure records remain complete and accurate.
Reach out to members or other relevant parties when additional information is needed.
Document all member interactions carefully and maintain clear records.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED is required.
Previous experience in enrollment processing is preferred, especially in Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial enrollment.
Experience with systems such as Facets is an advantage.
Must be able to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities are needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid analytical thinking, are important.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and switching between multiple systems, often with dual monitors, is expected.

Compensation and Work Details

This is an hourly role paying $14.00 per hour. It is a full-time remote position based in the United States.
