Role overview

Trafalgar Entertainment Asia-Pacific is hiring a commercially focused Data & Insights Analyst to strengthen decision-making through better use of data. This is a newly established part-time role, requiring 3 days per week, and it supports teams across marketing, ticketing, productions, and finance. The position is designed to translate data into clear insights that help grow audiences, lift commercial results, and guide strategic choices.

Key purpose of the role

In this position, you will help the organisation understand what is performing well, where opportunities are emerging, and how audience engagement can continue to expand. You will report to the General Manager and take ownership of data quality and governance while also building dashboards, reports, and insights that support both everyday operations and longer-term planning.

What you will do

You will work across multiple systems and data sources, using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and HubSpot to convert complex information into practical recommendations for internal stakeholders. The role calls for someone who can balance technical analysis with business awareness and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, commercial curiosity, and confident communication skills. You should be comfortable creating reports, spotting trends, and explaining insights in a way that is easy for others to act on. Experience or interest in applying data skills within the live entertainment sector will be highly valued.
